Aion Guides and References

Months before the release of Aion in the US and EU gaming community, this September 2009, an abundance of Aion references in the form of Aion guides, community sites, forums, blogs and articles are rapidly spreading across the Internet.

Given the very successful release of the game in the Asian community, much earlier from the US and EU release, a lot of important and significant gaming essentials and strategies are being shared between the regions. So much that high-end Aion guides which features advanced gaming tactics are already available during the US and EU beta. One of the earliest series of English Aion guides which came out strong are those by Killer Guides, one of the pioneers when it comes to online game guides. The portfolio of Aion references include a strategy guide which covers all the advanced tactics and know-how for serious as well as ambitious players, a full Kinah guide and a full set of class guides.

Players, both new to MMORPGs as well as experienced MMORPG players can benefit from a rather detailed research of the game prior to engaging in the game given the novel features and complexities that comes with Aion. Many resources are already available for gamers to prepare for the coming official launch.

Here’s a short introduction to Aion Online:

There are two playable race, namely Asmodians and Elyos. In gaming perspective, both races have similar abilities, skills and character attributes, thus promoting an unbiased distribution among the races and classes. There are four basic classes, scout, priest, mage and warrior. As players progress through the game, they’ll come across a quest where they can chose which specialized class they want to pursue. The specialized classes include assassin, ranger, cleric, chanter, sorcerer, spirit master, templar and gladiator.

Features that stands out in the game are aerial combat, PvPvE and stigma skills. Players from either race combat against each other along with a third NPC race, Balaurs. This all happens while in mid-air in the Abyss, reflecting aerial combat and PvPvE. The use of stigma skills allows players to take a step further into customizing their characters so much that there are perhaps no character duplication found in the game.

Below are introductory Aion guides to start players off on for all the available classes in the game.
