Lord of the Rings Online Quests

If you are new to MMORPG gaming then you maybe wondering what a quest if and how it can help you in lord of the rings online, basically a quest is a mission that you must complete in order to get rewards, These rewards can include weapons, experience points, armour, items and items you need to complete other quests. There are many different kinds of quests some are fun and some are very frustrating the difficulty of quests tends to go up as you're character levels up, so at the start of the game quests will be easier but as you progress they will get harder and harder.

How do i do the quests in Lord of the Rings Online?
To start a quest you must talk to a non player character, not all NPC's have quests you have todo usually NPC's who have quests have a gold ring above their head you simply walk upto the NPC and talk to them, They may have any number of quests to give you you can choose which on you wish todo (some quests you may need certain items). When choose a quests to do it will give you a breif introduction of why you are doing they quest and how you can complete it, sometimes this is as easy as talking to another NPC, sometimes you have to kill enemies & sometimes you have to collect certain items.

What is the point in doing quests?
You must do quests if you wish to progress further in lord of the rings online, to get to new areas the quests allow you to follow the story line of the LOTR books, some quests however are just like favours you do for rewards.

What kind of rewards will i get for doing Quests?
You can recieve almost anything from completing a quest. Some items can only be obtained by doing the quest in question. Most importantly questing is the easiest way of "power leveling" your character sure you can sit and kill the wolfs in archet all day but that gets tedious, the game will become boring very fast, So if you're looking to jump up a few levels try doing some quests to gain EXP. You can also get some of the better weapons & armour by questing at least in the earlier stages of the game when not all the weapons/armour is open to you, so instead of trying to kill those spiders with a big wooden stick if you quest you may be able to upgrade that into a nice big two handed sword.

How do i keep track of the quests iam doing?
You can see the current quests you are doing in you're questing panel, this will allow you to find out what objectives you have completed and what ones you still have to complete to finish the quest.

Got any tips for me?
Yes i do! questing can sometimes take a long time because you have to run back a forth sometimes covering a large amount of space, so did you know you can do more than one quest at a time! so if you knew you were going to be in Archet for a while why not enroll you';reself in all the quests you can find then run about do them all then go collect the rewards after you have completed all the quests, note if you die you do not fail the quest you are simply put back into the re-incarnation circle.
