Killer Guides has released their new LotRO Mines of Moria Guide which covers all the class basics, items, armors, equipments, abilities, skills, quests and class specific strategies. LotRO players would find the in-depth information useful for their valuable game time. The guide provided readers with the best character planning, step-by-step leveling guides. Other useful strategies are those on how to make more gold and useful builds.
Overall, the guide assists players to travel through Middle Earth as well as conquering monsters in the dwarfs territory, level up to 60 faster, and help players to choose the right equipments, and not to waste time on the unimportant quests.
The Mines of Moria guide from Killer Guides would be useful for casual players and advance players with their all-in-wonder information. The guide is available at their online shop, and also offered along with the bundle of Lord of the Rings online Complete Package guides.

Hello, again this site seems like there has not been any updates in a while, that's mainly because we are busy doing alot of other things and any free time we get is used up playing lord of the rings online!... but i would love for you all to come into the forum and have a little chat and share you're lotro experiences, and thoughts on improving the site.... i have the forum open almost 24/7 and their are a couple of other members who are regular players. As im sure you have probably all heard Lord of the Rings Online has won the game of the year award! (as if we expected anything else to win!), well congratulations to Turbine & Codemasters for creating such a massive MMORPG...iam personally loving it (that explains why there is not any updates on the site!), Anyway just a quick heads up to let all you non players know that this game is great!

Finally we managed to get the new LOTRMMORPG.com design online, this has taken alot of effort and we are glad that the new design is finally online. I must say i prefer this design to the older one as it allows you to get around the site alot easier.

This has been coming for a long time and im glad to announce we have a new layout for LOTRMMORPG.com this will allow people to freely move through our website without having to gauge their eyes out to find where they are going! (yes i know the current layout is messy!). We hope to have this design implemented by the end of this week and their may be a lack of updates until we have moved everything from the old style design to the new style (everything will be moved) including the gallery & forums.

Sorry for the lack of updates however we are currently re-designing the site so it is less cluttered and looks alot better, we also have alot of new features that will be launched with this re-design some include:
- LOTR Online Questing Database
- Search Crafting Database
- LOTRO Rare/Mastery Craft Items
- Dynamic Map (included with a DB of NPC, Quests & other handy things )
So when will this all be launched you may ask, well i can tell you it will be mid next week. And we will also be giving away 10 Copies of Lord of the Rings Shadows of Angmar to celebrate the relaunch of the site!

If you havent noticed our forum and site has been up and down like a yo-yo for the last 24hrs, well we are glad to say that everything is back to normal and the forums are back online. Now iam going to get back to playing as my little hobbit Embargo! I realise that we have a lot of Non LOTRO players visiting this site looking to find more out about the game, well that day has come (well it's coming) we are doing a 30 day review of Lord of the Rings Online, We are going to create a new character one that i have not been yet and start the game from the beggining and show everyone what we think of the game, this page holds more details. Hello all of you lord of the rings online players we have launched a new site to go alongside with LOTR MMORPG it is LOTRO Guilds.net this site allows Guild/Kinship owners to list there Shadows of Angmar Guilds for free, thus enabling you to get more LOTR Online players into your kinship/guild. As the Fellowship prepares to leave Rivendell, Aragorn must re-forge Narsil, the Sword of Elendil. Gandalf has asked for help in Aragorn's search of the lands of Evendim for an ancient jewel that once belonged in the sword's hilt. This powerful relic must be recovered before the Dark Lord Sauron finds it. Players are challenged to secure the valuables of the abandoned city, defy Angmar's encroaching grip on Annúminas, and aid Aragorn in his quest to re-forge Narsil.
Beginning June 13th, heroes can adventure to the Shores of Evendim, the first of many free updates to The Lord of the Rings Online.
NEW FEATURES:
- Discover Evendim - About 100 miles north of the Shire, in northern Eriador, lies Evendim, a vast region dominated by the Lake Nenuial, the ‘Lake of the Twilight'. On the southern shore, the ancient abandoned city of Annúminas -- the former capital of the kingdom of Arnor is well known amongst the Free Peoples. For according to the Legends, amidst its ruins lay a great wealth and powerful artifacts now threatened by evil creatures and the nefarious forces lurking in Angmar.
- Over 100 New Quests - The story continues for players as they aid the Fellowship and encounter new adventures, characters and monsters including the Rogmûl!
- Raid in the Battle for Helegrod - Challege the fearsome dragon Thorog in a massive 24-player raid in the Misty Mountains.

Well i have gathered up 2 of these buddy keys (from 2 games i bought) so i thought i would give them away as it seem alot of people are asking for them on the forums. Well you may have thought where are all the LOTRMMMORPG.com site updates, well they are coming along just nothing to show everyone yet. currently we are still working on our LOTR Online questing database this will be the ultimate LOTRO Guide with every single quest currently available inside Shadows of Angmar. We expect this to be completed within 10 days and we will make an announcement once we put the LOTRO Questing guide online.
If you didnt know we do have a crafting database so you can find the recipes for each profession.
So whats new ? well we added a LOTRO Gold buying guide, i know their are alot of people who think that buying LOTRO Gold is just a waste and its only a game, well some people like to enjoy all the features of the game but just dont have the time to play as much as others. * Guardians can now play some musical instruments at level 5.
* Fixed a bug with "Mischievous Glee" (Burglar) and "Sign of Power: Wizardry" (Lore-master) that was causing some enemies to assist the player in combat.
* The sky-diving NPC in Bree has been grounded, and will stop dropping from the sky now.
* In the "Shield Brothers" quest, players will no longer have to worry if the wight slave is killed by someone else. Using the barrow door again will cause the wight to re-appear so they can complete the quest.
* Bosses in instances are no longer scared of the players! They are immune to fear and will not be sent running like little scared hobbitses!
* Players can now destroy any and all of their Pre-order items if they so wish. This includes, but is not limited to, the Ring of Agility. Be warned, however, that once you've destroyed the item, that character can never get it back!
* Removed uncommon & rare loot drops from Tarburz the Wood Troll.
* Fixed a problem where some players were unable to enter any private instances.
* The problem with Undying titles not being granted to players has been identified and fixed. We're still looking into whether we can retroactively grant the titles to those who didn't receive them because they were fellow'd up in an instance with another player who died. This may not be possible, but we'll try!
* Fixed pathing issues with the Rhavameldir encounter in Fornost and the Lagmas encounter in Urugarth.
* The Auction UI will now properly enable Kinship Only options when an online player's Kinship reaches the appropriate Lifespan Rank (6).
* Fixed the following bugs on machines running Windows XP. A Windows Vista fix is still being investigated:
* Players will no longer see their Overall Graphics Quality as "Custom" when they log in if they had originally set it to Low, Med, High, Very High, etc.
* Fixed a bug which caused certain Graphics Options to reset to 0 every time the game was started.

Pro Makkes waddled up to the gates of his small town. Only Guards were to be up there, but he was quick and sly when it came to sneaking around. Though he had small legs, and one bad knee, he was one of the fastest kids in the town. He walked to a peak hole he’d found and waited for the great sight which he knew would be coming today.

Looking at PvP for LOTRO is different than any other MMORPG to me. LOTR has been around for over half a century and has a large and loyal following. i would also like to remind you that you can add your own pictures to our gallery just go to the category you would like to add your picture to and click upload (you dont even have to register) show off your Lord of the Rings Online character or just show us some of the coll things you have seen in tolkien's middle earth

Yes thats right today we are releasing our crafting database it is still getting a few important features added , such as "search" this will allow you to search our entire database of recipes and find the one you are looking for.

I though id do a post about monster play in Lord of the Rings as it adds a whole new layer to the game, you could go as far as saying this is like a game on its own.
Ok first off to enable monster play you have to get your charcter upto level 10 (any character can enter monster play), once you have acheieved level 10 you have to go looking for a Fell Scrying pool, these are available throughtout middle earth Bree & Thorins gate) and are shown on your in game map.
here is what a fell scrying pool looks like.
to activate this all you have to do is right click on it like you would with any other action in LOTR, Once you have activated it you will be presented with a choice of monsters.
once you have chosen your monster you will be taken to a completely different part of middle earth where you will now control your lvl 50 monster!
Now the fun bit about this is the fact that you have quests and suppliers (much like you would have them as a good guy).
So some of you may be asking what is the point in monster play, Well monster play allows you to build up your destiny points when you are combat instead of earning XP you earn destiny points, these can be used on your main character or they can be used to build up your monster play.

Well its been a busy week here at LOTR MMORPG with all the contests and the new shadows of angmar picture gallery. So i thought id start this week with a round up of all the new things we have done to improve the site:
Added:
Forums + Many Sub Boards so you can talk about your experiences so far with LotR online, we also have 2 board contests running .... Visit the forums
New LOTR Shadows of angmar gallery, we have put up a gallery system that aloows any person on this site to upload there shadows of angmar pictures.... Visit the gallery
Added new content to the site, we have added so much new content to the site including new LOTR maps, Classes & Races updates including what skills you will learn as you lvl up
And finally we started 2 new contests, one where you can win a free copy of Lord of the rings Shadows of Angmar (click here to find out more info)

Yes we have finally launched our new Lord of the rings player picture gallery here at LOTR MMORPG .com, you can find it by Clicking Here or you can click the player photos option up the top.
With this new LOTR Shadows of Angmar photo gallery you can browse photos and upload them (for free and without registering), so get some of your LOTR screenshots online and show your friends.
To upload a picture is simple all you have to do is go to the gallery and click on the right category for you're picture, and in the top right hand corner there is a black button that says "upload", just click that and browse for the picture you want to upload and your all done ;)
